Sridhar Nagarajan, a Chartered Accountant from India has an overall experience in the Banking domain of 30 years. He has been in the Middle East region for the last 15 years, working in Big 4 consulting firms like KPMG and PwC, besides having senior roles in the Finance function in Emirates NBD and RAKBANK. Prior to the Middle East, Sridhar has worked in one of India’s leading Financial Institutions ICICI, as well as in Oracle India.
Sridhar has strong Finance systems experience, besides his experience in mergers and integrations.
He has been involved in the merger of two leading banks in the region, wherein he had a lead advisory role for the Finance workstream. Besides, he has been involved in the Systems led finance transformations covering Core Banking, Fund Transfer Pricing and ALM implementations in various banks that he has worked with.
He has also led the VAT program for a leading back in KSA covering Tax Technical, Core / Satellite systems configuration and tax engine implementation for compliance reporting
Sridhar has also held roles in Regulatory reporting as well as Financial Controls in the banks he has worked in.
